Connie & Thomas~Planning the $100k Dream Wedding~Getting the Goods

After having a pleasure of meeting with the people from www.thebrideandgroom.com and Swensen Photography we decided it best to begin the early stages of planning our wedding. Utilizing the amazing ability of Michael Gonzales from “All Things Included” wedding planning, the process has begun.

A first step was to receive some of the “tangible” gifts we won in the amazing $100,000.00 grand prize at the La Caille Bridal Extravaganza. The first gift was that of the man’s wedding band provided by Morgan Jewelers. My fiance and I had the pleasure of meeting with the manager of Morgan Jewelers while gathering signatures for the grand prize drawing. Little did either of us know, we would be meeting each other again very quickly.

After the drawing was finished, we were summoned to the Morgan Jewelers booth to receive one of the many prizes. Alas, the ring was far to large for my fiances finger. Without a thought, the manager requested we personally come to his store located at the Fashion Place mall and put in a “re-size” order to get the right ring. It took but only minutes and we were ready to go, but not before a quick look around the store to see all the beautiful jewelery offered by Morgan Jewelers.

The next step was to meet with yet another jeweler, Ari Diamonds. Ari Diamonds located on Fort Union Boulevard supplied a beautiful set of micro pave diamond earrings. Again we had the pleasure of attending the booth display far before the final drawing yielded my name. We were impressed by the quality of the jewelry sold by Ari Diamonds. The owner was in attendance when we were to pick up the earrings and graciously allowed us to see a 5 carat stone worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Not a bad way to end an already jewelry packed day!
