Deciding the theme of our wedding
Over the last couple of weeks we have had an opportunity to meet and talk with so many great vendors. First we met with our wedding planner, Christine Miller from Libella Wedding Planning and Design. She helped us decide the perfect look we wanted for our wedding. We are going with a modern vintage style. Our colors are black, white, and two shades of moss green. Before we met with Christine, I had this perfect image as to what I wanted our wedding to look like. I am not one who just likes a plane glass vase with flowers in it. I wanted something unique and fun, something that showed personality and style for our wedding decorations. Here are some pictures of decor we are going to be using.
These Items were purchased from Down to Earth, located at Gardner Village. I loved the look of the Damask Motif boxes for center pieces and a white ceramic dove to accent them. They are fun, and yet still have an elegant look to them. It’s exactly what I was looking for, something unique that you might not see as your everyday wedding decor. We are excited to meet and work with Courtney from Imperial floral Design to get some great ideas for flower arrangements to finish off the look we are going for.
Finding “The perfect dress”
ALTA MODA!!! What else can I say!… This is the perfect place if you want to find unique, couture, designer wedding dresses. Alta Moda carries strapless to LDS Temple Ready modest, ball gown to sheath, and modern to vintage gowns. The the best part is Alta Moda works directly with designers to customize almost any dress that they carry. This was essential for me because I needed to make a strapless dress, modest.
Finding “The perfect dress” is something I have dreamed about and imagined my whole life. Hillary was so great to work with and she really helped me find “The perfect dress” that fit my style and theme of our wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking for “The Perfect dress” to shop at Alta Moda. You will walk out of there with a dress that is above and beyond your expectations.
