Tips & Ideas for Valentines Day

So you are in love, it’s Valentines Day & you haven’t thought about what to do or get for the one you love.  It isn’t too late.  Here are some tips on how to make the one you love feel special on Valentines day.  It isn’t just about chocolates, flowers & treats.  Valentines day is the one day out of the year that you show the one you love how much he or she means to you.  And for all you guys out there who think it is just another day, if you don’t do something to show her how you feel about her it might just be your last day with her.  Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Here are a few simple tips to make sure you get her something she wants.

1. Be creative~You don’t have to do what everyone else does, in fact please don’t as that makes it less special.  Find something that is all about her & expand on that.  Use your talents & her likes to find the perfect gift or way to show her you love her.  Maybe she enjoys plays or the opera.  How romantic would it be to send her an evening gown with a note that says ” Be ready for a night out.  Pick you up at 6:00 my love” Then hire a vintage chauffeured car to pick her up & meet you at her favorite play.  She will definitely like this, especially if you pick out a dress that will look amazing on her.

2. Be thoughtful~It doesn’t have to be expensive or extravagant.  She is looking for thoughtfulness & something that shows you were thinking of her.  Surprising her with a homemade dinner for two, no interruptions, soft music, her favorite foods, and don’t forget the sweet dessert.  The fact that you put so much time & effort into planning a special dinner just for her will definitely pay off.

3. Be Romantic~I know many of you men out there have a difficult time being romantic.  Valentines Day is a perfect day for you to be romantic & not get teased by your guy friends.  Candles, chocolate fondue & strawberries, and a romantic chick flick just must get you the reaction you wanted & it doesn’t even cost you much.

If all else fails buy diamonds. After all diamonds are a girls best friend.
