Chase & Rachel~Details about The Dream Proposal

Having the perfect team to make your wedding & all your special moments happen is essential. We had an incredible time making one lucky couple get the wedding proposal of their dreams, or as we like to call it The Dream Proposal. We know you have been waiting to hear about the details. We are excited to share them with you.

Chase wanted to have a private proposal on the ice. We wanted to help make it extra special & romantic. With an incredible team we were able to do just that.

It started off with the amazing Flavia with Versa Artistry giving Rachel the royal treatment. What woman doesn’t want to have the royal treatment by getting her hair & make up done? And Versa Artistry was the perfect choice. They do incredible work & Rachel looked amazing. Chase dropped of Rachel & headed off to get the next surprise.

Chase met Sam with Something Vintage Something Blue and was chauffeured back to the salon in the beautiful Princess Ivy. Rachel was extremely surprised when Chase picked her up & they were able to cuddle up in the back of the car & enjoy lots of giggles & chats on their way to the next surprise. Princess Ivy was the perfect ride to enter into the next part of their date.

As Princess Ivy drove up to the doors of Noah’s in South Jordan, the perfect venue for this special occasion, and the awesome David Perry, with David Perry Films & the incredible Justin Swain with Swensen Photography were waiting their arrival. Rachel was obviously surprised about all the fuss & wondered what was happening. David & Justin were able to capture these moments for them to remember for years to come.

Once at Noah’s they went to the top floor where the private, romantic ice skating rink awaited them. They were able to skate & talk & have fun all while listening to their own private concert by the talented Daniel Day Trio. They played amazing hits & kept the energy romantic & fun just for their special date. While on the ice Chase & Rachel stopped ice skating to talk. Chase got down on one knee and popped the question. Rachel said “YES”. YAY!!!

Once Rachel & Chase were done ice skating they had a beautiful table that was designed & coordinated by the beautiful Mara with Events by LMG. Mara has an incredible eye for beauty & was able to create the perfect romantic spot for Rachel & Chase to enjoy dinner. From coordinating the colors of the room to designing the perfect place setting, Mara thought of all the details & created a gorgeous spot for them to have a romantic dinner. The colors Mara choose were burgundy, ivory & gold & they were spot on. Denise with RSVP Party Rentals brought the rentals to Noah’s. RSVP Party Rentals has a huge selection & everything was just perfect. The beautiful flowers from Shana’s Wedding Flowers were simply fantastic. They were the perfect size, color & added so much to the table. Now lets talk about food as dinner had arrived. Goodwood Barbecue Company provided a delicious meal. With their famous pulled pork, chicken, sausage, smashed potatoes & veggies and don’t forget their amazingly yummy rolls. My favorite was the brownie & Goodwood Barbecue Company even cut the brownies into heart shapes per our request. How sweet is that?

The Daniel Day Trio played throughout the evening, setting the perfect ambiance for Chase & Rachel. Everything ran smoothly because of all the amazing wedding vendors who helped make this possible. Thank you all for helping Chase & Rachel have The Dream Proposal, one they will never forget.

At the end of the night this couple was given the royal treatment by amazingly talented people. Thank you to all who helped make this night happen.
