First Steps in Planning our Dream Wedding

The initial realization of winning the $100,000 grand prize was only further reinforced today. Today we met with the kind people from www.theBrideandGroom.com and Rachel from Swensen Photography. This meeting was of great importance to both my fiance and myself, as we were given the list of all the prizes and vendors we are to receive for winning the grand prize.

The first steps to begin the planning of this Dream Wedding was to learn fully the gifts that we were going to be given. Words can’t describe the excitement once the list was presented with certificates. It was a realization that it DID happen and we were going to have a wedding to remember.

Rachel from Swensen Photography was very fun and easy to talk /work with. We felt that she was really there to support us and was ready to do what needed to be done to make sure all the photography would be amazing for the wedding.

The package Swensen Photography offered for winning the grand prize is called the “Fairy Tale” package. That’s a fitting description considering the amazing options and quality of the photography we will be given. Pictures are truly worth a thousand words and we are ecstatic to have Swensen capture our amazing moments on our wedding day and night.

Also among the elite wedding vendors named above, we were given the pleasure to “re-meet” Michael Gonzales from “All Things Included”, which is his amazing wedding planning company. This is an outstanding gift to both my fiance and myself as we are unfortunately not burdened with an over abundance of extra time to plan this wedding ourselves. When we met Michael at the booth, both my fiance and me had a good feeling about his personality and presentation. Lucky for us, we found out he was going to be our wedding planner for the Dream Wedding and we couldn’t be happier.

Michael was gracious enough to come to our place of work and go over the initial wedding check list and details. The wedding planning process has begun and we cannot tell you how excited we are to continue the journey!
