“Name That Lady” Contest~Final 6~Vote for Your Favorite Name

And today, Utah Events by Design is excited to announce the finalists in the

“Name that Lady Vintage Car contest”

First of all, a BIG THANK YOU goes out to all who participated! There was an abundance of clever, cute, fancy, wonderful and awesome suggested names for this lovely car and it was extremely difficult for the participating vendors to narrow it down to the final six selections. BUT- we are ecstatic to announce the following finalists:

Utah Events by Design has selected Kayla Smith as their finalist: “I suggest Queen Anne in honor of the Queen Mum AND Queen Anne’s Lace, in keeping with Something Vintage Something Blue’s flower naming tradition!”

Swensen Photography has selected Lindsay Maureen Bullard as their finalist: “I like Dina.”

Chic Design Studios (floral) has selected Carrie Nazzise submitted “Charlotte” as her selection.

Freshly Minted Invitations has selected Jamie Congrove as their finalist: “Because of the inspired theme for this shoot, my suggested name for the car is Jackie.”

Modest Couture by Elizabeth has selected Alinda Shelley who submitted “Victoria” as her suggestion.

Kristen Packard Make Up Artist has selected Ann Baker as their finalist: “My suggestion for the car is Kathryn which was a popular name for that era. The nick-name could be Kitty.”

It’s Time to VOTE!!!

It’s time to support these finalists by voting for your favorite suggestion so this car can finally have a name! Here’s how to vote:

1-     Become a fan of Something Vintage Something Blue on Facebook (this is required in order for your vote to count).

2-     Visit the “Name that Lady Vintage Car Contest Photo Album” on Something Vintage Something Blue’s page. This album has six images of the car; each image has a caption listing the finalist, their suggested car name, and the vendor who selected them.

3-     “Like” or comment on the photo that has the car name you wish to vote for.

4-     Last but not least, you MUST also “like” the facebook page of the vendor who selected the finalist you are voting for. Don’t miss this last step or your vote won’t count.

Voting ends Tuesday, December 20^th at midnight. Votes will be tallied, confirmed as eligible and the winner will be announced December 21^st! That’s only ONE WEEK FROM TODAY so don’t forget to vote!
